This template is designed to help life coaches, consultants, and personal brands launch a professional, high-converting website quickly—without needing advanced technical skills.

Getting Started

Step 1: Duplicate the Template

• Open the template in Wix Studio

• Click “Use Template”

• Rename your site

Step 2: Connect Your Domain

• Go to Settings → Domains

• Connect your custom domain

Step 3: Update Business Information

Replace:

• Brand name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Social media links

CMS STRUCTURE OVERVIEW

This template uses Wix CMS collections:

1. Services

• Manage all coaching services

• Includes descriptions, benefits, and booking links

2. Testimonials

• Add/edit client reviews

• Automatically updates across the site

3. Blog Posts

• Create and manage articles

• Improve SEO and authority

• Showcase coaches and staff

BOOKING SYSTEM SETUP

This template integrates with Wix Bookings

Step 1: Add Wix Bookings

• Go to Apps → Wix Bookings → Add to Site

Step 2: Create Services

Examples:

• Free Clarity Call (15 min)

• 1:1 Coaching Session (60 min)

Step 3: Set Availability

• Define working hours

• Add buffer times between sessions

Step 4: Customize Booking Form

• Add intake questions like:“What would you like help with?”
  “What is your biggest challenge?”
  

Step 5: Connect Buttons

• Select any “Book Now” button

• Click Link → Web Address

• Paste your booking service URL

PRICING & PAYMENTS

You can use:

• Pay per session (via Wix Bookings)

• Or packages via Wix Pricing Plans

To Set Up Packages:

1. Add Wix Pricing Plans

2. Create plans (e.g., 4 sessions, 12 sessions)

3. Connect to booking services

EDITING YOUR CONTENT

Text & Images

Editing your website is simple and intuitive.

To update text:

1. Hold Ctrl and click directly on any text element

2. Double click and start typing to replace the content

To replace images:

1. Hold Ctrl and click on the image

2. Select “Change Image”

3. Upload your own or choose from the media library

All pages are fully customizable, allowing you to adapt the design to match your brand.

To Add a New Page:

• Go to Pages → Add Page

• Switch to mobile view in Wix Studio

• Adjust spacing and font sizes if needed

Step 1: Update Page Titles

• Go to Page Settings → SEO

Step 2: Add Descriptions

Include keywords like:

• Use clear titles

• Add keywords naturally

• Include featured images

Important: Partner Access Request

If you plan to upgrade your Wix plan in the future, I would greatly appreciate being invited as a website partner before the upgrade.

This does not give me control of your site, but it allows Wix to recognize that I assisted with the website setup.

If you’re comfortable doing so, please invite me as a Partner / Website Manager before upgrading your plan.

You can do this by following these steps:

3. Select Roles & Permissions

4. Click Invite People
