6. Guest Responsibilities

Any guest whose behavior poses a risk to safety or disrupts the charter experience may be removed from the vessel without refund.

7. Health & Safety

Guests are responsible for informing the company of any relevant medical conditions, mobility limitations, dietary requirements, or special accommodations prior to departure.

Participation in swimming, snorkeling, water sports, and other recreational activities is undertaken at the guest's own risk.

8. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auremara Yachting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Charter interruptions

• Weather-related changes

• Travel delays

• Loss of personal belongings
