Getting Started

Thank you for choosing the Iron Pulse Fitness Wix Studio Template. This template was designed to help fitness businesses, gyms, personal trainers, and wellness brands launch a professional online presence quickly and efficiently.

This documentation will guide you through setting up, customizing, and launching your website.

Duplicating the Template

After purchasing the template:

1. Open the template link provided after purchase

2. Click “Edit Site” or “Use This Template”

3. The template will automatically duplicate into your Wix Studio workspace

Once duplicated, you’ll have full editing access.

Customizing Your Website

You can fully customize:

• Colors and typography

• Images and videos

• Text content

• Services and classes

• Team members

• Booking features

• Pricing plans

• Blog posts

• SEO settings

The template was built with CMS collections to make content management simple and scalable.

Editing the CMS Content

This template uses Wix CMS collections to simplify content management. Instead of editing each section manually, you can update content directly from the CMS dashboard.

Updating CMS Content

To edit your content:

1. Open Wix Studio Dashboard

2. Navigate to “CMS”

3. Select the collection you want to edit

4. Update text, images, or links

5. Save changes

All connected website sections update automatically.

Adding New Items

To add a new service, trainer, or class:

1. Open the relevant CMS collection

2. Click “Add Item”

3. Fill in the required fields

4. Publish your changes

The dynamic pages will automatically generate.

Dynamic Pages

Each CMS item is connected to dynamic pages. For example:

• Services create individual service pages

• Trainers create profile pages

• Blog posts create article pages

This allows you to scale your website easily without redesigning layouts.

Wix Bookings Setup

The template is fully compatible with Wix Bookings, allowing clients to schedule classes, appointments, and consultations directly from your website.

Installing Wix Bookings

To install Wix Bookings:

1. Open your Wix Studio Dashboard

2. Click “Apps”

3. Search for “Wix Bookings”

4. Install the app

Once installed, booking elements will connect automatically.

Setting Up Services

You can create:

• Personal training sessions

• Group classes

• Fitness consultations

• Online coaching sessions

To create a service:

1. Open Wix Bookings

2. Click “Create Service”

3. Add service details, pricing, and availability

4. Publish changes

Managing Schedules

You can customize:

• Trainer availability

• Class schedules

• Appointment durations

• Booking limits

This helps automate scheduling and reduce manual administration.

Accepting Payments

Wix Bookings integrates with payment providers such as:

• Stripe

• PayPal

• Wix Payments

You can collect full payments, deposits, or recurring memberships directly online.

Customizing Design & Branding

The template was built for full visual flexibility, allowing you to align the design with your brand identity.

Updating Colors

To change colors:

1. Open “Site Styles” in Wix Studio

2. Select your global color palette

3. Update primary and secondary colors

Changes automatically apply sitewide.

Updating Fonts

You can modify typography globally by:

1. Opening “Typography” settings

2. Selecting your preferred fonts

3. Adjusting sizes and weights

Choose clean, modern fonts for the best user experience.

Replacing Images

To replace demo images:

1. Click the image element

2. Select “Change Image”

3. Upload your own photos

High-quality fitness and lifestyle imagery is recommended.

Mobile Optimization

The template is fully responsive, but you should still review:

• Text spacing

• Button sizes

• Mobile layouts

• Image cropping

before publishing.

Important: Partner Access Request

If you plan to upgrade your Wix plan in the future, I would greatly appreciate being invited as a website partner before the upgrade.

This does not give me control of your site, but it allows Wix to recognize that I assisted with the website setup.

If you’re comfortable doing so, please invite me as a Partner / Website Manager before upgrading your plan.

You can do this by following these steps:

1. Open your site dashboard

2. Go to Settings

3. Select Roles & Permissions

4. Click Invite People

5. Enter the email: info@websitebuildersuniversity.com

6. Assign the role Website Manager
